Q. When are TPHOA membership dues payable?

A. Annual TPHOA membership dues periods run from January 1st until December 31st. Membership dues are payable on January 1st each year.

Note: Due to Common Areas not being transferred to the TPHOA until April 4, 2024, dues were not able to be invoiced this past January. Therefore, 2024 annual dues will be invoiced via email in April 2024 and due May 1, 2024.

Going forward, annual dues will be due on January 1st of each year and can be paid at the annual meeting to be held in January of each year.

Q. What happens when membership dues are not paid on time?

A. A late fee may be charged if not paid within 60 days of the due date. If dues have not been paid, the member may be referred to legal collection processes.

Q. How are membership dues used?

A. Dues pay for taxes, insurance, common property maintenance, improvements, and lake management. Some funds are held in reserve accounts for major events such as dam or common property repairs.
