Q. How much are TPHOA dues?

A. TPHOA dues are $280.00 per lot per year.

Q. When are TPHOA membership dues payable?

A. Annual TPHOA membership dues periods run from January 1st until December 31st. Membership dues are payable on January 1st each year but due to Annual Meeting being held in January of each year a grace period has been extended to March 1st.

Q. What happens when membership dues are not paid on time?

A. A late fee may be charged if not paid within 60 days of the due date. If dues have not been paid, the member may be referred to legal collection processes.

Q. How are membership dues used?

A. Dues pay for taxes, insurance, common property maintenance, improvements, and lake management. Some funds are held in reserve accounts for major events such as dam or common property repairs.
